Kiddie Parties
Andy’s "Papa Please Get the Moon for Me" Themed Party – 1st Birthday
“I wish I could play with the moon.” That’s what Monica thought trying to reach for the moon. It may not have been easy for Monica’s Papa to get the moon for her, but Bespoke Manila made it look like a piece of cake with their dramatic recreation of this children’s picture book for Andy’s birthday bash. The ladder, the house, the stars and the moon are all they need to start with. Simple, yes, but the way the party was styled is utterly stunning. Sky blue and cloud gray are the main hues that made everything look so dreamy and whimsical. Add a splash of sparkly gold and you will love this party to the moon and back.
The event was also loaded with activities and entertainment, being bored and sleepy will be a thing of the past. The theme is very unique but it looks so charming. No need to climb a very long ladder to view the awesomeness of this affair, Gatz Creatives captured some amazing stills for us to adore.
The invites clearly displayed how this party will turn out – huge and interesting. Ria Pascual of Bespoke Manila made sure that the invitation will delight the guests visually of what is in-store for them.
The stage features the red house, the long ladder, the stars, and of course the big moon. It’s the exact same setting of Eric Carle’s picture book “Papa, Please Get the Moon for Me”. The story literally unfolds onstage with all the details decked-in. The set-up is simply sublime.
I would love to have a seat on the kids table. The floor seating cushions look as comfy as bedtime. And that lovely centerpiece looks playful yet so elegant.
Adult tables were dressed with blue fabric and accentuated with an exquisite centerpiece. The details are just so well thought-of, it draws attention to the table.
The charming three-layer cake looks so delectable and pristine. It perfectly tells the story on how the father fulfilled his child’s dream to play with the moon. I say Sugarplum Pastries nailed it.
Andy’s dessert spread is all about the moon and stars. The cupcakes, cake pops, cookie stars and the meringue tower were crafted by Sugarplum Pastries to delight each and every sweet tooth in town.
Marvin Tumandao and his party hosting skills kept all guests at their feet. Never was there a dull moment for both kids and adult alike.
Boy, this party sure has a lot of activities in-store for the party-goers. There’s face painting and balloon twisting. Enjoyed by both kids and kids at heart.
Guests get a kick out of the fun game booths by Sweet Nest. Games such as cornhole toss, shooting stars and balloon pop got everyone excited. Prizes were available at the main station.
Now this is what I love.. A milk and cookie bar! You get to make your own cookie by choosing your cookie dough and toppings. And they will bake it for you! You also choose your milk flavor — vanilla, chocolate or strawberry! There really is nothing more awesome than this!
Here’s our little stunner Andy, with his proud parents.
The lovely family, beaming with delight. And a solo shot of the birthday boy.
